Warranty Policy: We offer a 12-month warranty or 1000 hours, whichever comes first, on all our standby diesel generators. Our warranty covers any defects that may arise during normal use of the product. If you experience any issues with your standby diesel generator within the warranty period, please contact us immediately. Our technicians are ready to come to your premises to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Installation Requirements: It’s important to note that for our warranty to apply, our standby diesel generators must be installed by a qualified electrician. This is not only to ensure that the installation is done correctly but also for your safety. Electrical work can be dangerous, and it’s essential to have someone who knows what they’re doing to install the generator.Once the installation is complete, a Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued. The COC verifies that the installation has been done in compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.

Pre-Delivery Inspection: We ensure that all our standby diesel generators undergo a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before delivery. The PDI is a comprehensive inspection that includes testing the generator’s engine, fuel system, electrical system, and other critical components to ensure they are working correctly. Our trained technicians conduct the inspection to ensure that your generator is in top working condition before it is delivered to you.
